7. Resolution authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2010 Mack Granite with Henderson body and plow equipment on state contract at a sum not to exceed $260,000 using $190,000 of fund balance and $70,000 of existing Highway Equipment appropriation.

9. Resolution authorizing the paving of 2.57 miles of road in the Town of Glenville pursuant to the Highway Paving Plan in accordance with NYS OGS contract Award Number 21641-RA-PF Group Number 31509 using Gorman Bros. [OGS Contractor PC64521] at a sum not to exceed $255,000 of fund balance.

11. Resolution authorizing the paving of roads in the Town of Glenville pursuant to the Highway Paving Plan in accordance with NYS OGS contract Award Number 21641-RA-PF Group Number 31509 using Gorman Bros. [OGS Contractor PC64521] at a sum not to exceed $70,000 of existing Highway appropriation.
12. Resolution creating the Town of Glenville “Revitalization and Economic Development Investment” (REDI) fund for the purpose of investing in economic development projects within the Town Center Master Plan area using a sum of not more that $425,000 from fund balance.
13. Resolution authorizing the Town Supervisor to execute Agreement #4500177581 with the New York Power Authority for acceptance of a no match $100,000 grant award and to obtain necessary services under competitive bid procedures to engineer and design and purchase and install a solar generator for a designated town facility.
14. Resolution approving the Town Board Minutes of the regular meeting held on July 15, 2009.
